My new PC
Well i recently bought a new PC and it can run Guild wars on max. I was wondering if there's something like console commands that can be enabled to make it look better, like most steam games have.

Can we assume you've set the graphics to "max" in the in-game options?
If so, then it's as Snaek said. If not, go to Options>>Graphics in-game and crank it up till it stutters.
